Studio work for me is mainly a process of discovery, an exploration, an inquiry.
I am often surprised when at some point I step back and find myself surrounded by painted canvases with specific pictures that tell stories and are evidence of my frenetic process.
I do love seeing them all together, a stack of them, the material quality of heavy stretched canvases.
